Press Release Body = 17 June 2005, London, UK

----Begins----

Online marketing agency, digitalrepublic rebrand as boxtonic http://www.boxtonic.com ahead of an aggressive online marketing growth.

boxtonic was founded in February 2005 by Anthony Broadhurst, formally MP3.com Europe's Head of Marketing and more recently Head of Marketing for Stan James. Broadhurst partners with Mia Scholtz, who in her last role headed up the data sales
team at Tiscali UK.

boxtonic launch with an already successful client base in the UK and a new office in Cape Town, South Africa, which opens this week. boxtonic represents well-know brands and clients including Carmen Media Group, GamingClubCasino and Partypoker.
boxtonic’s most recent client win was 32Red.

Anthony Broadhurst, Managing Director of boxtonic explains, “Our focus is, as always, providing the best performing campaigns for our growing client base.
Re-branding so soon after our initial launch wasn’t a decision taken lightly, but one we felt necessary and with the launch of our first international office less
than four months after opening, the time is right. boxtonic allows us to reinforce our global reach and will grow internationally as our client base does.”

Mia Scholtz, whose current responsibilities are commercial development and client management for the UK arm, will head up the South African office.

Scholtz comments, “boxtonic have an established customer base in South Africa including GamingClubCasino who runs part of its casino from South Africa. With the addition of the South African office, we can offer clients and strategic partners a
cost effective online gateway to Europe, North America and Asia.”

South Africa’s Internet industry is still very young, and a growing number of online brands are seeking global exposure in order to break into the European market;
particularly those in the gaming industry.

Broadhurst explains, “The challenges of setting up a South African office are slightly different than when we opened office in the UK in February 2005, mainly
because online marketing is still very much in its infancy. boxtonic South Africa will bridge that gap using the same proven distribution channels that have been such a success for us already.”

“Part of the job of setting up a new media agency in South Africa will be educating the industry on the most cost effective means of marketing brands online. There are massive untapped opportunities for the growing number of on and offline businesses
here that are now looking for global exposure for their online activity. The South African office gives us on the ground support for developing new business, and is in line with boxtonic’s global strategy,” concludes Scholtz.
