Press Release
Body = NAPLES, FL – July 11, 2005 – Stellar Technologies,
Inc. (OTCBB: SLLR), a leading provider of employee Internet management
and data migration solutions, cites strong growth momentum attributable
to many factors, including heightened product development and additional
adoption of its latest product releases. “We’re very
excited about the progress we have made during recent months. Our
development team has reached some extraordinary milestones and in
turn has issued several product releases for each of our Internet
management and e-mail migration solutions. Product recognition is
up and our customer base is quickly growing,” stated Stellar
Technologies President, Don Innis. Stellar recently released new
versions for each of its products: Stellar Internet GEM™,
Stellar IM™ and Stellar E-Mail Shuttle™. Stellar Internet
GEM™ is a comprehensive Internet policy management suite delivering
domain, URL and content-based filtering, reporting and archiving
for Web browsing, internal and external e-mail communications, including
attachments, and instant messaging activities for all major protocols.
Innis continued, “The development of GEM has been a unique
one for Stellar in that
we were able to bring to market a solution that not only meets a
need in the marketplace, but one that addresses several. GEM not
only filters and stores all
activity for Web browsing, e-mail and instant messaging, including
attachments; it also delivers instant retrieval of data across the
organization for any or all data types stored. This instant retrieval,
along with long term data storage, enables
organizations to satisfy various regulatory record keeping requirements
and enforce corporate policy regarding Internet usage and electronic
communication. Built modularly as a content management and compliance
suite, we believe GEM is an ideal solution to satisfy a myriad of
organizational needs globally.” Product releases for Stellar
E-Mail Shuttle™, AnyWhere2AnyWhere™ e-mail migration
and directory synchronization, were released in May. New releases
for the Shuttle included enhancements to the migration process providing
a more streamlined solution for GroupWise® customers. Two major
Fortune 500 corporations recently licensed the
Shuttle to migrate thousands of user e-mail accounts within their
corporations from TAO to Microsoft® Exchange and GroupWise®
Notes® to an IMAP4 system. In June, Cook County, Illinois, the
United State’s second largest county, returned to Stellar
for a multiple-year licensing agreement. The agreement provides
Cook County with a 12,000 seat license for Stellar IM™ Web
Based Edition. Stellar IM™ is
a passive monitoring and reporting solution for employee Web browsing
and instant messaging. Through Stellar IM™, Internet activity
is logged and alerted in accordance with an organization’s
unique Internet usage policy. “The positive forward momentum
we’re experiencing is just the beginning. During 2005, we
expect to make several major product releases and to participate
in two highly respected events, the Gartner Symposium ITxpo and
CSI. As we continue to expand our diverse customer base, we’re
expecting even greater product reception,”
stated Innis. About Stellar Technologies, Inc.Florida-based
