Realty World First Names Principal Broker
Marianne Curran Named Principal Broker for Realty World First

Raleigh, NC – Realty World First has announced that Marianne Curran has joined the organization as Principal Broker. In this position, she will oversee the strategy of the real estate brokerage and provide extensive, high-level training for the selected agents who are part of the firm. Curran obtained a master’s in business administration at George Mason University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. Her credentials in real estate include agent, broker, GRI and ABR. Barbara Bull has been appointed as Broker-in-Charge and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. Curran, a Raleigh resident for the past 20 years, founded Realty World First in 2005, a firm
specializing in the purchase and sale of both residential and investment real estate.
