Human Resource Outsourcing Firm Hosts Workshop For Balancing Work And Life

Raleigh, N.C. – The Castleton Group will host a workshop entitled: 5 Steps to Balancing Work and Life. Sherry Essig, co-founder of Priority Ventures Group, a consulting firm that focuses on organizational change, will lead the seminar. Within the workshop, Essig will present 5 key principles for creating lasting changes in achieving greater energy and balance between an individual’s business and personal life. The seminar will be held in the Castleton Group’s Training and
