Tejas, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TI Building Partnership Ltd., recently acquired the building along with a second building located at 8121 Bee Caves Road to house its growing operations. President and Chief Operating Officer Kurt Rechner commented, "We are happy to have the renovation process behind us and begin to get settled into our new headquarters.
