through Clothing Donation
Press Release Body = Cherry Hill, NJ. - SUNRx, an integrity based Prescription
Benefit Administrator based in Cherry Hill, NJ, showed its support of Hurricane
Katrina relief efforts through the donation of more than 40 bags of clothing and
merchandise to be distributed to families in Southern Alabama, Mississippi and
Louisiana who have been impacted from the catastrophic storm.
SUNRx executives sent out a company-wide call to help those who have been affected
by the hurricane and its aftermath. SUNRx kicked off the effort in mid September and
collected donations through the second week of October. By the end of the four week
clothes drive there were more clothes donated than could counted. A group of SUNRx
employees brought the donations to the local Red Cross facility the following
weekend.
"The reports that have been heard each day following this disaster are
heartbreaking. So many people have lost everything they own not to mention that many
people have suffered the horrible loss of loved ones". SUNRx President Christine
Serenelli said. "The SUNRx employees have big hearts and are always willing to help
their fellow Americans during times of need and I feel honored to be part of such a
considerate team.”
