CANADIAN TRANSPORTATION AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT

Transoft Solutions’ President Wins Canadian Transportation Award
September 22, 2005 – Vancouver, B.C, Canada

Milton Carrasco, President and owner of Transoft Solutions Inc., a premier provider of CAD-based software for engineering and architectural design communities, has received the prestigious Award of Achievement by the Transportation Association of Canada. This prominent Canada-wide annual awards program (which also includes the categories of the Award of Excellence and the Transportation Person of the Year) recognizes leadership, excellence, and achievement in all modes and segments of the transportation sector. David J. Johnstone, president of the Transportation Association of Canada, together with Dr. Lyle Oberg, Chair of the 2005 TAC
conference, personally presented the award to Mr. Carrasco at the ceremony.

“I’m extremely honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Mr. Carrasco. “This award recognizes Transoft’s contribution to the Canadian and global transportation engineering profession through its innovative and highly productive software. Many government agencies have made Transoft’s products their de facto standards. So for
me, I see this award as recognition by my Canadian peers for our work to provide our profession with the best and most innovative products.” His flagship product, AutoTURN, vehicle simulation software used to help design intersections, roundabouts and loading facilities, is used by transportation engineering organizations in
Canada and more than 80 other countries.

The Award of Achievement is bestowed upon two individuals who have created positive and measurable improvements of significant and enduring benefit to transportation through innovation and initiative on a particular project or program.

The 2005 Canadian Transportation Awards program is an extension of the National Transportation Week awards program initiated by the Transportation Association of Canada and supported by Transport Canada.

The awards were granted at the closing banquet of the Transportation Association of Canada's annual conference meeting in Calgary, which was held from September 18 to 21, 2005.
