Not only do these ladies keep fit and healthy by using our simple 30-minute workout
three times a week, they also have the biggest hearts around. \"This years adopt a
family for the Holiday season will be better than ever\" says Stark. \"I can\'t
believe the outpouring of members at our Curves that want to help local families by
making donations, or just buying gifts for those who could use the extra help this
year.\"

forget especially during the holiday season that not everyone is as blessed as we

sure we reach out and help those locally who might need it this year!\"

Santa Claus will also be at Curves on Tuesday, December 20th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Everyone is welcome to bring their children in to give Santa their last minute wish
lists.
