New Hope For DWI and DUI Violators
Convicted DWI and DUI offenders can now minimize and eventually eliminate the damaging effects of a drunk driving conviction. New public website gives away details.
Lamar, CO. Dec. 31, 2005 - Anyone arrested for a drunk driving offense used to be mercilessly punished - but a new website called www.duiproblemsrelief.org was created to help those caught and arrested for drunk driving. This new site aims to lessen the stress and fear of those arrested for DWI or DUI and is totally free.
Anti-drinking and driving organizations are likely to cry foul because included in the site are sample case summaries of people who have beat their drunk driving charge in court or had the punishments lessened significantly.
The creator of www.duiproblemsrelief.org has been a victim of the severe drinking and driving laws. Says the site creator, \"The wrong people are being targeted and are paying for it. They keep making the punishments more severe but little has been accomplished to deter the \'true problem drivers\'.\"
Also, because of the abusive practices of police having contests to see who can catch the most DUI offenders, people are getting pulled over for ridiculous violations such as failing to use a turn signal. This gives officers a reason to stop a driver and search for people who have drank alcohol. Even one small drink can rest on the breath of the driver and cause the police officer to run his gamut of tests and embarrass the driver.
Thus, the wrong people are targeted and they need solutions to being arrested for DUI.
Since the laws keep getting harsher and the legal BAC continues to drop to levels that threaten our social way of life, www.duiproblemsrelief.org is a welcome solution to this problem and encourages all those who have beat a drunk driving conviction to relay their story and have it posted on www.duiproblemsrelief.org. Stories can be email to: info@duiproblemsrelief.org
