& market their BioAxxis(R) brand by sourcing the highest-quality biometric access
control technology and biometric door locks available in the world.

Axxis Biometrics has recently launched the BioAxxis(R) L113. This high-security
biometric fingerprint door lock not only provides excellent physical security but
also delivers a critical feature not found on any other biometric door lock on the
market - timed access. This feature is found only on very expensive access control
systems and enables an Administrator to program time-of-day access rights for up to
300 individual users per door, program when the door will be locked or unlocked, and
many other functions.

The BioAxxis(R) L113 comes in 5 different finishes that are sure to please the most
refined tastes and is easily installed on most standard US doors. The BioAxxis(R)
L113 is programmed via USB connection to a simple Programming Kit which can store
fingerprints and audit trail data. This data can then be downloaded into a simple
Audit Trail program on a computer for tabulation, charge backs, or Time & Attendance
purposes.
