New personal development book identifying the keys to successful relationships in the 21st century
Wellington - 9 February 2006 - LAWFUEL.Com - The explosion of online dating services has not changed the dating \'basics\' according to a new book on building successful relationships in the 21st century, \"Heart Rules\".
Co-authors Linda George and Rosie Bowie point out in their book, which is due for publication on 16 February, that the internet and technology may appear to have made dating easier, but the rules for building a successful relationship are more old world than new.
\"Filling in an internet template on a dating site is not quite the end to this process,\" says Rosie Bowie, owner of a Wellington-based dating service. (www.matchcompany.co.nz)
\"The key to building a successful relationship is to know yourself,\" she says. \"Before you look your partner in the face you must first look at yourself in the mirror.\"
Linda, a television and print personality who specializes in astrology and personal psychology wrote the book to highlight some of the rules or universal rules of building a relationship.
\"Now, more than ever, we need insight and skills to journey through our love lives,\" Linda says. \"Good relationships don\'t just happen on their own. We make them.\"
\"Heart Rules\", published by Zenith Publishing (www.zenithpublishing.co.nz) outlines a variety of strategies and tools to help people achieve success with their relationships.
\"Heart Rules\" is to be launched by former WINZ boss Christine Rankin on 16 February.
