Press Release Summary = Students of the Delphian School have a brand new facility on campus where they can learn all about computers.
Press Release Body = On Monday, February 13th, students enrolled in afternoon computer courses attended their classes in a brand new Computer Science Lab at the Delphian School in Sheridan, Oregon. The new lab, constructed by combining and remodeling three adjacent rooms, is an entirely new tool at the students' disposal.
Built by Delphian School staff, the new lab sports brand new wiring, carpet, tables, chairs, a new sound system and a projector. The lab is an exciting new space for the students to use the fastest computers in the school. Alex Bowling, The Delphian School Computer Lab Supervisor, said, "This really is an ideal environment for studying the computer sciences, and I look forward to the increase in interest this new lab will bring to the students." The new lab also gives students additional space to do more hands-on computer projects such as constructing their own computers, learning how the parts inside of a computer work and more.
The Delphian School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school offering college preparatory, English-as-a-Second-Language and summer programs for elementary through high school students.
