Press Release Body = Throughout their 14 years of owning and operating The Noisy Oyster Restaurants, in Charleston, South Carolina, owners Wade Boals and Brett Yearout are committed to serving you the freshest and best quality foods. All of their food is delivered fresh daily from Charleston based companies: Lowcountry Lobster, Limehouse Produce, Huck\'s Produce, Southeastern Bakery and Pampered Palate. Having grown up in Charleston, Yearout and Boals feel strongly about supporting the local fisherman, bakers, and local produce companies who have a proven track record of freshness, quality, and service. Boals is a well known family name amongst the finest Charleston seafood restaurants. A third generation restaurateur, Boals followed the footsteps of his Daddy and Grand-daddy. The Noisy Oyster was established 1991 when Boals and Yearout purchased their first restaurant in North Charleston. In 2002 the duo purchased Cappy\'s from Wade\'s Dad, Ronnie, and created their second Noisy Oyster at a quaint marina in the (then) quiet town of Johns Island.
In 2004 Boals and Yearout purchased a corner building on East Bay and Market Streets, in the heart of the Historic District of Charleston, unveiling their third Noisy Oyster restaurant. This location proved to be an exceptional showcase for their newly designed restaurant, featuring a tropical island vacation atmosphere with local seafood cuisine. The downtown restaurant was so successful that they jumped on an opportunity to purchase a fairly new restaurant location amongst the shopping Mecca of North Charleston. They relocated their existing North Charleston restaurant, just ¾ mile up Rivers Avenue. The new location was renovated to match the tropical island atmosphere of the downtown restaurant, and they have been able to keep their existing clientele happy while attracting more shoppers and local families. In addition to purchasing more local seafood, produce, and supporting the local business community, they were creating jobs and developing individuals to be exceptional food service professionals. In an interview Mr. Yearout stated "The more successful our business is, the more we can give back to our community."
"Wade Boals and Brett Yearout, owners of the Noisy Oyster Restaurants, are true examples of loyalty to small business in Charleston. Dealing with them for years, they demand quality products to serve the Charleston community." Becky Fisher, Owner, Pampered Palate Bakery
As The Noisy Oyster enjoys success in the lowcountry, Brett Yearout and Wade Boals enjoy their relationships and contributions to local businesses, food service professionals, and your dining experiences.
"The Noisy Oyster Restaurants through a commitment to quality seafood and locally owned businesses has been a loyal customer over the years. Brett and Wade have demonstrated how good communication and integrity leads to a strong working relationship that can benefit both the supplier and the customer." John Tortorici, owner of Low-Country Lobster\'s, Ltd.
