Most commonly referred to as 360 feedback systems, this is a valuable program at determining the effectiveness of an organization\'s managers.
A multi-rater feedback system involves a business leader being rated in key leadership areas by their supervisor, peers, and direct reports. They evaluation looks at 18 skill sets including communication, leadership, adaptability, relationships, task management, production, development of others, and personal development.
\"When a business leader receives the results of their 360, they\'re able to see how well they are leading their organization based on real data gathered by those they work with frequently,\" stated Rick Weaver, Chief Operations Officer of the Multicultural Business Council.
The multi-rater feedback system offered by the Multicultural Business Council allows individuals to complete the ratings in the language for which they are most comfortable. It offers a unique advantage because each individual involved in the ratings for the same manager can be assigned a separate language if they choose. The system has been validated by an independent organization to be properly translated so that each individual understands each question the same way.
