hosted a technicians meet from various retail outlets, in Bahrain, on 7th July 2006
at the Palace Inn hotel, for two of their world renowned brands - Dunlop Tyres and
Mobil Lubricants. The objective of the meet was to understand customer satisfaction
through the eyes of the technicians.

technicians meet from various retail outlets, in Bahrain, on 7th July 2006 at the
Palace Inn hotel, for two of their world renowned brands - Dunlop Tyres and Mobil
Lubricants. The objective of the meet was to understand customer satisfaction
through the eyes of the technicians.

There was an enthusiastic participation of 350 technicians, from leading automobile
service centres like Al Haram Auto Parts, Abdul Nabi Car Services, Al Booainain Car
Parts, Lazer Car Services and many more. Exchange of opinions and suggestions for
improvement on sales of Dunlop and Mobil in Bahrain was the objective of this
meeting. The technicians also shared some of their most valuable experiences in
terms of customer satisfaction, retention and brand enhancement.

Mr. Mohammed Adel Fakhro, Director - AYF, present at the event stated, "It is
through the strong support and determination of the technicians, that we at AYF can
make Dunlop and Mobil, one of the leaders in Bahrain market. Only by being in the
shoes of the employees can one accomplish the true objectives of the organisation
and be in the lead among other players."

The event included interactive sessions and a product based quiz between the
technicians and key attendees - Mohammed Adel Fakhro (Director - AYF), Jacob Thomas
(General Manager - AYF), Vilas Deshmukh (Sales and Marketing Manager - AYF) and
Biswajit Podder (Distributor Business Consultant - ExxonMobil Middle East Marketing
Corporation, Dubai).

Mr. Podder from ExxonMobil Middle East Marketing Corporation, who had flown from
Dubai, conducted a presentation on ExxonMobil, listing the variants and
developments.

The event concluded by distribution of certificates of Appreciation and prizes for
the attendees and a promise to hold meetings of the same level, on a yearly basis to
better understand customers perception and to develop a relation with the retailers
for a brighter and strength on strength future of Mobil and Dunlop.
