Press Release Body = Innovate Motorsports today announced the release of the
Modular Tuning System (MTS). Anchored by Innovate\'s popular LM-1 Digital Air/Fuel
Ratio Meter, the MTS is an expandable and configurable system for tuning any engine.
Equally useful for carbureted and fuel-injected applications, the MTS combines
sensors, sensor controllers, data acquisitions, analysis software, and
dash-mountable gauges.

The MTS can capture and record a minimum of 6 channels of data, in multiple
sessions, up to 44 minutes of total time, and is expandable up to 32 channels of
data up to 200 hours.

The MTS is available in three starter kits: Basic, RPM, and AuxBox. The Basic Kit
(MSRP $349) includes the LM-1 Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Meter, the LogWorks display and
analysis software, and all of the required accessories for installation and
connection. The RPM Kit (MSRP $429) is comprised of the Basic Kit plus the LMA-2 RPM
converter cable. The LMA-2 contains the circuitry required to capture any tach
signal and convert it into a log-able data channel. The LMA-2 also features wire
terminals for attaching up to 4 additional 0-5V external sensors.

The AuxBox Kit (MSRP $589) is comprised of the Basic Kit plus the LMA-3 multi-sensor
auxiliary input device. The LMA-3, also known as the AuxBox, attaches to the
auxiliary input of the LM-1 and allows a user to log and analyze 5 critical engine
metrics in addition to the air/fuel ratio (AFR) native on the LM-1. The 5 internal
sensors are intended for capturing Manifold Air Pressure (MAP or Boost), Cylinder
Head Temperature (CHT) or Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT), RPM conversion (from a tach
signal or inductive clamp), Acceleration, and Injector Duty Cycle (or Dwell). The
internal MAP sensor is a 3-bar absolute pressure sensor, providing accurate data up
to 44.1 PSIA. The temperature measurement circuit features a K-type thermocouple.

The MTS is compatible with Innovate\'s XD-1 programmable digital display, the LC-1
standalone wideband controller, and other forthcoming products. All components can
be added in multiples, combining for a maximum of 32 channels of data acquisition.

The LM-1 is the world\'s only fully-digital air/fuel ratio meter. In a major advance
for engine tuners, the LM-1 enables precise measurement of exhaust air/fuel ratio
(AFR) at an affordable price. The meter\'s digital signal processing technology
provides data on exactly how rich or lean an engine is running at any load. The
LM-1\'s self-calibrating circuitry also compensates for changes in temperature,
altitude, and sensor condition.
