Test Case Management Tool

Press Release Body = QaTraq is one of the leading software test case management
tools and provides a solid foundation for all teams or coders that aim to create and
update scripts, cases and case results. It is distributed for free, as an open
source program (anyone can check the code and even work on improving or customizing
it for their own needs).
In this latest release several new features were implemented; from those we mention
only a few:
- Full version control across test scripts, test cases and test results.
- Track tests against Requirements and Product components
- Integrated with web based defect tracking tools (e.g. Bugzilla)
- Extensive graphical reporting capabilities
- Role based permissions (e.g. restrict users and roles to the functions matching
your test organization)
- Add attachments to all document types (e.g. add test logs to your test result
records)
- Store all your test artifacts in one central location (from test plans to test
execution logs)
The latest version (6.8 RC), released on 7th of August 2006, comes with several
usability improvements, bug fixes and most important with some major security fixes.

Test Case Management Tool as soon as possible.
