Press Release Body = San Juan, Puerto Rico -- Raul J. Feliciano, a Puerto Rican
graduate student, recently launched Marca/Paso(s), an independent webzine dedicated
to media and cultural criticism.

\"There aren\'t many outlets for cultural publications in Puerto Rico. It\'s ironic
when you consider the fact that the Island has been a colony for over 500 years and
it only exists as a cultural entity,\" explained Feliciano.

Marca/Paso(s) has begun slowly, only publishing articles written by its creator.
However, one of Feliciano\'s ambitions is to create a cyber-cultural community where
other members participate and publish their own writings.

Apart from the articles, Marca/Paso(s) also boasts a blog where Feliciano and other
members of the community can debate cultural, political and many other topics.
