Radcom, a training development and technical writing firm, promoted Rob Catalano of Cleveland, Ohio to the position of Professional Services Manager.
Promoted to the new position in August after only one year as an Instructional Design Consultant, Catalano's new role involves maintaining excellent client relations, managing multiple projects, engaging new clients and projects, and overseeing the company's marketing efforts. He has already worked with nine clients on various training and documentation projects and managed a corporate image redesign. Mather Museum, worked at the Great Lakes Science Center as an Actor for the successful Titanic exhibition, was the Director of Success Through Caring Staff Development Center in collaboration with Greater Cleveland MR/DD agencies, and was the Manager of Training for Taco Time International in Eugene, Oregon.
"I'm excited to be in this position to help Radcom expand our service offerings and help our clients succeed in even more ways," said Catalano.
