Press Release Summary = On 26 - 27 October, the III Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum took
place. Together with the other leading Ukrainian outsourcers Mirasoft Group took an
active part in the Forum, which become a significant event of the year at Ukrainian
IT Outsourcing market.

Press Release Body = The Event In Facts

This year the UOF was participated by the representatives from over 150 companies
from twenty countries. And the visitors were far more than that. But since last
conducting, the Forum has considerably grown not only in scale, it has significantly
widened the subjects tackled.

The conference was divided into six section. Along with the "obligatory" IT
Outsourcing aspects - global trends, situation in Ukraine, etc. - the "brand-new"
topics were elucidated. For the first time the separate sections were dedicated to
outsourcing of soft-, embedded ware development and testing services.

B2B meeting were held concurrently with the conference. The meetings amount depended
on each participant choice, but in the majority of cases the meeting schedules were
tough.

How It was?

On the first day of Forum the Kiev weather was cool, but at the Forum itself there
was hot: the reports were delivered at three topical sections simultaneously and at
match-making there were almost no spare room. Even lunch and coffee breaks were used
for business discussion.

Perhaps, UOF has a share of influence not only in the Ukrainian IT Outsourcing
climate, but also on the natural one. As an evidence, the second day was warm and
sunny, and work went on in a steady-state rich schedule. The conference then was
held already in four sections. On that day the report was also presented by Victor
Loskutov, president of Mirasoft Group, it was dedicated to the technology tools
development in outsourcing. As a representative of a leading Ukrainian IT company as
well he was invited as an expert in round table discussions, dealing with
consolidation of Ukrainian IT industry for solving common problems. The discussions
were held for two days, but the acme was on the second one - the participants
expressed many interesting thoughts and suggestions.

The UOF was a valuable experience. It brought not only new potential cooperation, it
gave a very detailed picture of the today Ukrainian IT Outsourcing. On the basis of
what was seen and heard, two distinct trends can be figured out: one - for the Forum
itself and the second - for situation at Ukrainian IT Outsourcing market. The Forum
more and more tends to outline the multifaceted aspects of IT Outsourcing
separately, more specifically. And the second - not only Ukrainian IT Outsourcers go
out to find customers, potential customers come in Ukraine to find outsourcers as
well. And it's already an additional development stage of the field.
