strategic move, InApp announced the acquisition of Datec Systems, India a T&M
Consulting Company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

has a strong Recruitment and Placement capabilities and have sourced technical
experts from US, India and Southeast Asia for placement around the world.

Mr. Krishnakumar, CEO of Datec Systems will join InApp\'s Senior Management Team. He
holds a Masters in Engineering from Texas University. He said "I am very pleased to
join a group with a strong track record in delivering applications in Java and .NET
