Workflow solutions for business process automation, and the PFI Payment Mechanism
Solution, at MAINTEC and The Management Facilities Show.

Press Release Body = Whilst many Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems are
capable of issuing automated messages via email or efax, the rules governing such
functionality are often rigid, and the content definition is limited. By contrast,
FSI's Workflow LiteT module, offers the user complete control over the business
rules which trigger system communications and content. Workflow LiteT enables the
automation of email, efax and SMS text messaging, using a graphical flow charting
design interface, to map the business rules which trigger messages. Dynamic content
can be defined for each message, including HTML for email formats, to enhance data
presentation.

to build upon Workflow Lite's automated messaging functionality. Workflow ProT
enables you to automate and integrate your ConceptT Facilities Management system to

be extended to include Nodes: activities which are automatically actioned by the
Workflow engine.

PFI Payment Mechanism Solution (PMS) from FSI provides accurate, contract compliant
measurement of performance and availability. PMS is an automated solution, driven by
