About the Author
Geo O\'Connor was born in Noumea, capital of New Caledonia, a small French island in the South Pacific. Her great-grandfather and his four brothers first came to New Caledonia when they left County Cork, Ireland, for the South Pacific, when John Jacob Astor asked for sandalwood to fill his ships coming back from delivering to China the furs he bought from the Canadian \"Coureurs des bois\". She finished her secondary studies (majoring in literature and philosophy) in New Caledonia; also took a degree in bookkeeping. Later on, in New York, followed a year\'s course in journalism/advanced literature at Columbia University. Geo is a successful, Realtor/investor in Los Angeles. Her first novel "Fidelity on Trial" was published in Paris. This is her second novel.
