Press Release Body = LITMUS, LLC, a leading global technology innovations company, today announces that Bill Nevius, President and CEO of its wholly owned subsidiary, LITMUS Defense LLC, has been selected to join the Board of Directors of the Colorado Nanotechnology Alliance for 2007.
The Alliance is a non-for-profit corporation established in 2006 to advance economic development in the State of Colorado, with a focus on the use of nanotechnology. The Alliance partners with universities, industry, and government to advance Colorado's economic development efforts in five nanotechnology related target areas: leadership, business growth, research and technology transfer, workforce development, and public education and societal change.
Bill Nevius has close to thirty years' experience in the aerospace industry. As a US government acquisition professional he is certified in program management, systems engineering and test and evaluation, and is recognized as an expert in related technology transfers. Bill has also held senior management and executive level positions at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Avtec Systems Inc., and Wave Technologies Inc. Bill earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering and is also a certified Naval Test Pilot.
