Press Release Body = In December 2006 Adam McAsey Shaklee Independent Distributor reached a huge milestone in his life, he graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. Just one month later Adam takes his Shaklee Independent Distributor Business to a new leadership level too. Determination runs in the McAsey family. Adam\'s older brother Matt reached a new leadership level 2 months ago. His Mom, Cindy McAsey leads the way teaching and training the skills it takes to succeed in online business. \"Adam reaching this level in his business so soon after his college graduation just puts the icing on cake, I\'m so lucky to have determined and focused kids,\" said Cindy McAsey. It hasn\'t been an easy path for success for Adam, right after starting college his mom found out she was loosing the income that was paying for his college expenses. It was a very sad time in the McAsey family. The very same day Cindy found out the grant her job was funded by would not be renewed her dad had a massive heart attack and died. \"They always say the lord will never put more on you than you can handle. I felt he was testing me that day\", said Cindy. Adam in his wisdom knew that his Mom\'s hearts desire was to be full time in her own business. Not knowing were the funds would come from for his education Adam said, \"Mom you need to follow your dream and grow your business.\" \"It was a very hard decision and leap of faith to make to jump into business full time not knowing how it might effect my children. I can remember sitting in a conference put on by the small business adminstration where they said allow 3 to 5 years before you start making a profit. I just told myself that might be true for the average person, but I wasn\'t average so it shouldn\'t take that long for me.\" said Cindy. When most parents were sending their kids a check every month to help pay for college expenses, Cindy was helping Adam build customers so he would get a bonus check each month. \"It\'s funny now that I look back at it. Adam has a roomate whose parents faithly would send him $500 every month for living expenses. Now that this roomate is moving back home to do his student teaching that $500 will be sure to stop coming in from his parents. For Adam that bonus check continues to grow and can become a full time income if he want\'s it to.\" said Cindy. For Adam the determination and focus has rubbed off, first his college graduation and now taking this knowledge, determination and focus into his own online business.
