Press Release Summary = That must be the most counter current series coming to TV
this year, and yet, it hits a chord. Canadian Producer Jean Mercier created a small
daily visual vignette from his poetry books and writings, offering it in a first
series of 1825 original poems (or 4 years of broadcast) called A POEM A DAY from the
service of the same name that he has been promoting by email and mobile phones for
the last three years.



Press Release Body = The clips are a short but lovely 15 seconds each day. These
little oasis of peace will also then be made available on DVD, wall paper,
screensavers and more. It appears that it is only the beginning. Talks are underway
for deals in the US, the entire Arab World, Israel, the Philippines, and Serbia.

Mercier who produced, wrote and directed series and films for family seen in over 50
countries to date (MY HOMETOWN ©, A HEARTBEAT AWAY ©, A DAY IN A LIFE ©) has written
an astounding 96 poetry booklets to date.
