Press Release Summary = About some time back Mr. Ra. Si Gularia an young scientist
turned innovator developed an Insulation Mat to prevent electric shock on Human

innovation has been approved AS IS: 15652 in the year 2006 in place of IS: 5425.

Ever since the publication of the WHO reports of adverse effects on human and
animals by the use of hybrid seeds, Chemical Fertilizers, Pesticides, Contaminated
water sources and chlorinated drinking water, there arose a need to look for
alternatives to prevent the adverse and dangerous impact on human beings and
Animals for generations together. The real effects are manifested resulting in the
loss of natural aroma and potency in all the Vegetables, Fruits, Herbs and Food
grains. This is so because of the soil being depleted of its natural nutrients by
the modern day methods employed in cultivation and Farming without the use of the
organic manures.

Consumption of such food and vegetables naturally reduced the immunity of Human and
Animal beings. The effects of prolonged and inadvertent use of allopathic medicines
especially the Antibiotics causes greater side effects in addition to the reduced
immunity. This has been well documented and summed up in the WHO report.

Hence the modern day scientists all over the world have turned their attention to
an alternative system of medicines of which Indian Ayurveda is a part, based on the
Texts of " SARAKA SAMHITA and " VRIKSH AYURVEDA "which have been approved .

Special mention has to be made on the preparation of medicines by the traditional
Vedic Ayurveda System. In the olden days of Gurukul the herbs were collected by
appropriate invocation of the deity of the particular plant based on the Moon Chart
on a particular day. This is supposed to give max. Potency besides giving the most
benevolent effects on patients. Hence this approach involves astrology based on
Moon Chart and Mantras particular to the plant, besides the systems of the
purification involved .

This has restarted the vigor of reinventing the forgotten values of the Vedic
Ayurveda System and the use of Himalayan and other regional herbs. Today every week
a new usage has been coming for those well established Herbs like Centella
Asiatica, Swarnchhiri, Orixylum Indicum, Tinospora Cardifolia, Robia Cardifolia,
Cissampelos Pareira, Taxus Baeeata Urginea Indica, for their Anti Virus and Anti
cancer effects. Some of the Herbs have also been found to have Anti HIV activity,
which may be helpful in treatment of AIDS patients. Nearly 28 herbs having
Anticancer Activity have been identified in the Dhauladhar range of Himalayas.


With these newer findings the Herbal markets all over the world stands presently to
55,000 Crore US $ of which the Indian share is only about 350 Crore US $ as the
traditional Vedic Ayurveda Systems has not been followed sincerely .

Further the ineffectiveness of the some of the Indian Ayurvedic Preparations have
been reported in the International arena in view of the above facts.

Today the same young Scientist Mr. Ra. Si. Guleria has coined another slogan " SAY
NO TO DISEASES" with his model of treatment of diseases through Vadic Ayurveda
System . Bimari, Barojgaari, Karjdaari & Eco-problems will be solved in one
model.

With this model the impact on the Eco System will be taken care of at one go. HARB
Society has created a niche facility to manufacture herbal products based on
Himalayn Herbs through the practice of Systemic Vedic Ayurveda System. Thus, he
has created a consortium of intelligent Scientists and other allied professionals to
have a holistic approach for the treatment of the diseases by Himlayan Herbs. The
Team includes Scientist from Botany, Phytochemistry, Pharmacognosy,
Ayurvedacharayas, Astrologers and Pharmaceuticals Technologists etc. This
facility has been started at his Native Place "Apna Ghar" in Metti, at Kangra Distt.
in Himachal Pradesh.

With the help of above scientists and the other professionals besides the locals,
HARB Society was able to identify nearly 730 Rare Herbs, out of which almost 370
herbs are nearing extinction.

HARB Society has taken the responsibility of cultivation of the these Rare Herbs
through Scientific approach by employing local manpower The local agrarians were
encouraged to cultivate well known Rare Herbals in the waste land areas with the
financial assistance from the World Bank under the recommendations of HARBS. This in
turn will result in a substantial employment generation in an indirect way to the
local population.
