Press Release Summary = Discusses the benefits of traditional (board and card games)
versus video games and announces the opening of a new educational game store,
\"Imagine and Learn\".

Press Release Body = In the face of the immense popularity of video games, more
traditional games (board and card based games) are making a comeback. A lot of
creativity is being put into developing wonderful games; it\'s not just Monopoly,
Clue, and Risk anymore. There are so many great games out there! What is
frustrating is that these new games are not being carried by the big stores and are
very difficult to find. It's why we have opened our online educational game store
"www.ImagineAndLearn.ca", the first Canadian online store dedicated to educational
games.

The adrenalin-pumping realism and danger in many modern video games concerns many
parents, educators, psychologists, and doctors as many avid video game players
exhibit classical addiction symptoms. In my physics and math classes, I remember
quite a few students who couldn't concentrate in class because they were tired from
having stayed up too late playing video games. These were intelligent and ambitious
young people who really wanted to succeed and do well in school, but were going
nowhere because of their video game addiction.

Now I am not saying that video games are all bad. The discerning parent can choose
amongst many creative and educational video games for their children, but no matter
how good the game is, time spent playing video games should be limited. Video game
playing misses out on the social interaction and emotional intelligence that is
developed with face to face game playing. Kids need and want to spend time with
their parents; it's wonderful when groups of kids and adults can have fun playing
together.

At "www.ImagineAndLearn.ca" we carry the highest quality educational games. Some of
our games are educational in the more classical sense, they teach knowledge and
facts about science, math, history, geography, or spelling and vocabulary. Then we
have a great line of strategy games, deep and beautiful games which help children
improve their concentration, IQ, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and
memory skills --while having fun! We also have a selection of games which work
great in the classroom.

Almost all of our games are multiple award winners. We are very selective about
which games we carry. We play and test out games extensively before we carry them.
Our goal is not too have the largest selection of games on the internet; that often
just makes your job more difficult.

One of our focuses is finding games that work well with different ages. It's
wonderful when a game can be played between siblings or with parents and their kids
and both can play competitively against each other. Some of our games achieve this
by having different levels of questions; others work by having the older one have a
small handicap; many of our strategy and word games exercise basic mental skills
which are not age-specific.

Something else that you will find at "www.ImagineAndLearn.ca" is that we have the
most detailed game descriptions on the internet. On our game detail pages, we have
complete game rules, detailed descriptions, reviews, educational value, and multiple
photos showing game contents and game play. It's another way we try to insure that
our customers our happy with their purchase.

Last but not least, we have great prices and flat-rate shipping throughout North
America - no matter how many games you order! Join the traditional game revolution
and enjoy time together with your friends and family.
