Press Release Body = As part of their "Ditch Work Friday" promotion, Spearmint Rhino
Gentlemen's Club and the Adam Carolla Show invite you to ditch work on Friday, July
29 and come to the Spearmint Rhino in Torrance for the 2007 Adam Carolla Charity Car
Wash.

The charity car wash will feature a call in to the Adam Carolla Show before and
during the event, Ozzie's cooking and the girls of Spearmint Rhino washing cars for
a good cause. The charity car wash will run from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and will
accept donations with all proceeds going to Savannah's Organic Ranch, a non-profit
organization dedicated to helping the fight against childhood cancer.

The club will open at 8 a.m. and feature a full bar and the entertainers of
Spearmint Rhino on stage.

"The charity car wash gives people a much needed break from the norm and a chance to
have fun," says Ross Yamashita, Marketing Manager of Spearmint Rhino Companies

cause."
