Press Release Summary = System analysis tool to detect and remove any kind of malware manually
Press Release Body = A new version of the free professional tool for Malware hunters is now available.
New features in a-squared HiJackFree 3.0:
Vista support The new version of HiJackFree provides full support for both Vista 32 and Vista 64.
New multifunctional toolbar with search feature The structure of the user interface has been improved and a new search feature has been integrated. In a similar manner to Vista Explorer, you can now enter a search term in the process list and all matching entries are displayed. For example, if you enter \"a2\" then this will display only the a-squared processes whose name begins with \"a2\", or whose name or descriptive text contains \"a2\".
New filter for benign processes The toolbar provides a number of new filters. For example, you can hide all Microsoft files with a single mouse click. Another filter can be used to hide all signed program files whose manufacturer can be uniquely verified. This leaves only suspicious processes that you should examine more closely.
Better coloring Alongside the proven coloring of the processes, with green meaning \"benign\", yellow meaning \"requires checking\" and red meaning \"suspicious\", the new version also uses dark green to highlight \"signed\" program files. When a program has a code certificate then the author of the program can be uniquely identified. Worms and Trojans are not normally signed in this manner.
Improved Autoruns section HiJackFree could previously only display and manage the Autorun entries of the current user (Registry branch HKCU) and the system wide Autoruns (HKLM). The new version allows the Registry entries of all other users, and the system accounts, to be checked for suspicious Autoruns.
Improved Services section The Services section now allows you to cleanly uninstall services that you no longer require. You can also install services using a-squared HiJackFree 3.0.
New Context Menus An often requested function: All lists now contain a Context Menu, providing fast access to all available actions when a list entry is right-clicked.
New Anti Malware network As usual, suspicious files can be placed under quarantine. A new feature now allows you to directly send a suspicious file from quarantine to the a-squared Analysis Team for examination.
