video conversion and digital media, entered into distribution agreements with
additional distributors - Komatsu TriLink in Tokyo, Japan, and Holy Stone in
Shanghai, China - to market, sell and support Focus Enhancements' video convergence
and UWB semiconductor products.

Holy Stone agreed to distribute Focus Enhancements' entire family of TV-out video
encoder chips targeting personal computer (PC), set-top box (STB) and portable media
appliance markets. These chips are designed to support products that require high
quality video conversion for TV displays. The TV encoder chips represented in China
are:

. FS45x family of TV-out encoders for PC, STB and Consumer Electronics (CE)
applications,
. FS47x family of TV-out encoders for mobile/hand-held applications, and
. FS40x family of scan converters for perfect conversion of analog computer graphics
to TV video.

Komatsu TriLink agreed to distribute Focus Enhancements' entire family of TV-out
video encoder chips, as well as Focus Enhancements' wireless UWB technology, based
on the WiMedia UWB Standard and Certified Wireless USB based on the specifications
from the USB-IF.

Included UWB products:

. UWB system-in-package devices,
. Wireless USB reference design kits, and
. UWB demonstration and evaluation kits.
