It specifically must say "wild" or "Alaskan" on the label when you\'re buying it. And while it is possible to get Atlantic salmon that\'s wild, it\'s very, very rare to be able to do that. That fish is nearly extinct in America and Canada, and it\'s not available commercially for that exact reason. You might say, "Well, eating salmon twice a day is just way too much to ask. I don\'t even eat salmon once a month or once a week." You could get canned wild Alaskan salmon and get it into your diet a little bit easier than maybe ordering it fresh on a regular basis.
