Based on hundreds of customer feedback forms completed since the new menus were introduced, over 97% say that the new menus at Café Nova represent excellent value for money. Over 95% agreed that the new menus were an improvement over the old ones, and over 94% said they would recommend Café Nova to friends and family.
Daniela Massarella, marketing manager for Café Nova, said: "It's great feedback and we're naturally proud with the results of the survey. However, we also realise that you're only as good as the last dish you served, and we're constantly striving to keep standards high and introduce new innovations to make our café and restaurant experience even more attractive."
New for November at Café Nova Sheffield are student nights on a Monday. Bookings are also now being taken for the Christmas and New Year period. On top of that, every Wednesday from 21 November, Café Nova Sheffield diners will be offered a dice when they ask for the bill if booked in advance. Whatever number you throw on the dice represents the discount you will receive on the bill. - each spot on the dice equalling a 10% discount. Launched just a couple of months ago, the new pasta menu features a more extended choice, and customers can also find more traditional Italian meat dishes such as Bistecca Grigliata. Fish lovers are now very well catered for, too, with a choice of antipasti de mare; prawn, mussel and squid linguini; and the Liguria pizza which is a seafood-lovers' paradise. Among the delicious additions to the dessert menu are home-made panettone trifle, home-made raspberry and biscotti crème brulée and an old favourite of many - home-made Eton mess. Regular visitors to Café Nova need not worry - the old Café Nova favourites such as oven-baked lasagne al forno and lemon mascarpone cheesecake are still there, so you are sure to find something you like for any occasion.
