InterOpsis scored 95 percent out of 100 on a survey completed by OpenRatings, a division of Dun & Bradstreet, one of the world's leading sources of business information.
The OpenRatings Past Performance Review is an independent audit of customer references that calculates a rating based on statistical analysis of various performance data and survey responses. The resulting score reports the supplier's overall performance rating, as well as how it compares to other rated companies in its line of business.
In its Overall Performance Ratings, InterOpsis was assessed in categories such as reliability, cost, accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support and responsiveness. The company scored between 93 to 97 percent in each of these key performance categories for a total rating of 95 out of 100. Essentially, this score means that InterOpsis received a 95 percent approval rating from customers.
