The Morris Plains site was acquired from Pfizer on December 20th, 2006, and houses
Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Worldwide market-leading brands produced by Pfizer
Consumer Healthcare include LISTERINE®, NICORETTE®, LUBRIDERM®, VISINE®, NEOSPORIN®,
SUDAFED®, ZANTAC® AND BENADRYL®.

J&J's site in Skillman, New Jersey has been using Mar-Kov software for the past 6
years. Both Skillman and Morris Plains are R&D sites, with Skillman also having a
Pilot Plant.
