businessman, Alon Peled, has announced its intention to invest in the real estate
area, focused on Bucharest, Romania.

During this period, we have founded, launched and developed a few daughter companies
with specific profiles in areas of the real estate field." Stated Alon Peled,

Mentor Group Holdings found a new direction: the business analysis is based on
rigorous marketing studies, the information and data being used in a professional
manner in order to achieve the target. The company intends to mainly develop
residential projects in major cities and recently revealed that following an
intensive marketing research they will focus on the luxury residential market.
"Our strategy involves the use of our entire experience, which is obtained in
different real estate sectors: Market analysis, Marketing research and the ability
to identify and locate the most profitable Projects, locations and offers. For
example, we are the only company that actually has a complete marketing study about
the luxury market in Romania. Finally, one of our strongest advantages is our
ability to promote, sell and create awareness for each and every project."

Mentor Group Holdings conducted business collaboration through real estate funds.
The company recruited a sum of 150 million Euros that will be invested in projects
which are going to be developed by the company.
Next to own investment funds, the group is now negotiating with other three
investment groups from the real estate field, interested in the collaboration with
Mentor.
"We are carefully selecting the collaborators, business partners as we wish this
partnership to be a mutual privilege." Says Peled.
