(Hudson, Ohio, USA / January 24, 2008) - Radcom, a professional services consulting firm in Hudson, Ohio, recently hired four full time staff to help sales in 2008 exceed $1 million which the firm earned in 2007. Kristen Jackson was hired as a Senior Project Writer, and both Regina Nasinnyk and Sharon Jendrisak were hired as Project Writers. In addition, Christian Unger is the new Marketing Representative. These new writers will help the company meet its clients' training development, facilitation, and technical communication needs, and Unger will help identify potential clients who can benefit from the 12-year-old firm's combined professional experience.
Kristen Jackson of Willowick, Ohio worked for Radcom starting eight years ago before leaving for two years to expand her level of expertise as a technical writer. She has returned to Radcom to assist a manufacturing client in a long-term, onsite consulting position.
Regina Nasinnyk, who resides in the Westpark neighborhood of Cleveland, is also a returning employee. She left Radcom several years ago to work as a technical writer for Noteworthy Medical Systems, and then worked as an Instructional Designer for National City Home Equity. Nasinnyk now brings even greater experience in both software documentation and training development. She is currently working onsite for an IT client specializing in real estate software development.
Sharon Jendrisak, who resides in Ellet, has also been hired to increase the Radcom writing staff. She most recently worked at National City as an Instructional Designer in the Home Equity department. At Radcom, Jendrisak will assist with instructional design and technical writing for many of Radcom's clients from financial software developers to transportation logistics, and more. Jill McCauslin, V.P. of Human Resources, says, "Sharon is a welcome addition to our Radcom team. She'll be able to bring fresh ideas and expertise to our growing firm." As members of the Society for Technical Communication, Nassinyk and Jendrisak collaborated on a toolkit that won the Award of Merit in the Society's international competition.
In his newly created role of Marketing Representative, Christian Unger of South Euclid, Ohio is no stranger to Radcom. He assisted with a variety of client projects in 2007 and has a thorough understanding of the services that Radcom can offer to potential clients. Unger will seek to match businesses in Northeast Ohio with Radcom's ability to provide instructional design and development, and effective technical communication solutions. "We help our clients make their content count so that the end-user, whether it's an employee or consumer, gets the information they need, when they need it, and how they'd like to receive it. Whether it's a technical manual, online help, e-learning, or in a classroom," Unger explained.
Bob Dianetti, an owner and principal of Radcom, said, "Our business continues to grow, and we're lucky to be able to hire people with these skill levels. We're especially glad to welcome back Regina and Kristen. It's great to be the kind of company to which people want to return."
