Direct General provides personal lines of insurance and insurance related products to its customers in 13 states. Many of its customers will now be able to pay insurance premiums at the Pay-Ease Automated Commerce Machine (ACM). Since exemplary customer service is a core competence to Direct General, offering these services at a self service kiosk eliminates waiting in line and provides a convenient, safe and secure payment transaction method.
This Pilot Program is scheduled to commence in March in six Direct General locations. Once successful, the program may be expanded to additional locations.
