Telesoft's OKEFORD Media Platform now supports the powerful Nuance Recognizer speech recognition and RealSpeak text-to-speech solutions to provide an automated human voice interface to the carrier grade Media Platform.
Telecom operators and large call centers use the OKEFORD Media Platform to provide self-service interactive voice services for customer care, such as bill payment, and revenue generating products such as messaging and information services.
The OKEFORD Media Platform supports both SS7 and IP network connectivity. It also has the added advantage of simultaneously supporting VoiceXML/ccXML application interfaces for voice and video, plus IN interfaces (INAP, CAMEL, WIN) for SCP-based media-rich applications.
