Seavus Easy Update is a new MS® Project add-in which provides task update functionality coupled with Seavus Project Viewer. Seavus Easy Update enables collaboration between team members and project managers.
The application is designed for team members and project managers to manage and collaborate on project-related tasks: . Team members can use it as functionality within Seavus Project Viewer. They can send updates and notes through e-mail to project managers about individual tasks' progress. . Project managers receive the task updates as e-mail notification. When a project manager double clicks on an update on their e-mail, they can use the SEU toolbar or ribbon to manage the appropriate updates. They can open updates by using the SEU toolbar in MS® Project as well. When project managers accept or reject an update, the team members receive notification about their decision.
