Ltd in 2003, the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) unit has made a steady progress to evolve from basic back-office services to offering end-to-end business solutions that meet the Accounting, IT, Marketing and Operational needs of small to mid-sized businesses. The KPO hires a team of qualified professionals like CAs, MBAs and IT engineers who handle more than 70 US-based clients.
Rechristening to Sunbelt Business Solutions (SBS) Pvt. Ltd is intended to adequately communicate about the business which is often misinterpreted when termed as merely outsourcing. The company statement said that they are not deferring away from being termed as outsourcing guys, but they definitely held a distinguishing position that offered services in broader sense as compared to any other typical outsourcing company.
SBS currently has a 2000 square feet state-of-the-art facility located near C.G Road and plans to tap the right set of talent to fuel the expansion plans. The renaming has been approved by the RoC and all compliance related formalities have been completed too. SBS would also be using a new brand logo and image to charge up its marketing activities which will also be a bridge to connect with the employees, clients and stakeholders.
Virtually SBS works 24x7 as it has its founding company Analytix Business Solutions LLC based in Woburn, USA that employs an equally impressive staff. Also, SBS has been following an 80:20 business process model that has 80% of work executed by SBS team while 20% of customization and client co-ordintation work is done by Analytix team. This has worked quite well with the results and helped develop a unique position that lies in between of being cost effective and yet quality-oriented service player. As mentioned by the management, there's no intention to get into a price battle as the current model is working quite well.
