of leading brands in Kuwait, has successfully implemented the Infor WMS application
to launch its new 3PL business.

Press Release Body: With a forty thousand square meters distribution center,
Al-Yasra specializes in the distribution of frozen and chilled food, and high-end
fashion goods. It is the importer and distributor of leading brands such as Sadia,
LambWeston, Allana, Gulfa, Al Safi Danone, Armani, Mephisto etc in Kuwait to the
retail and food service sectors. Al Yasra has launched their new 3PL business and
has signed their first customer in the pharmaceutical industry, YIACO, with leading
brands such as BAYER, SANOFI-AVENTIS, and PHIZER.

With a wide range of fast moving items, 700 to 800 pharmacies and clinics as
delivery points, and 300 to 600 orders daily with 24-hour limit for delivery, Al
Yasra needed a reliable warehouse management solution to enable it to successfully
meet the challenging requirements of their storers' fulfillment system. The solution
also required a full integration with YIACO's ERP system to allow for electronic
document transfer and ensure data integrity.

SNS' strong expertise in the IT solutions for warehousing enabled Al-Yasra to go
live in a record time of two months with minimum operation down-time. With the
implementation of the RF functionality, Al-Yasra was able to streamline its
warehousing operation, accurately rotate its storer's stock, and ensured real-time
stock visibility. SNS also provided Al-Yasra with knowledge transfer not only in the
context of the WMS application but also in terms of contract logistics best
practices.
