Press Release Body: Businesswomen needing to jumpstart business and fitness goals need to look no further. The first Body & Business Fitness Camp designed for businesswomen by businesswomen, hosted by the Sipping Tea and Doing Business Network begins on July 12th and is a 4-week camp that provides weekly group sessions as well as video and audio tips on both business and fitness.
"Businesswomen that are overwhelmed, stressed and too busy running their business and their home often neglect their health. More than ever women are juggling the responsibilities of professional and home life and don't have the time to work out and manage their fitness adequately," says personal trainer Karen Powell and business consultant Sheronde Glover, event organizer.
The goal of the camp is to help women jumpstart their business and fitness goals by reinforcing the importance of endurance, flexibility, fuel and resistance. Participants will have the opportunity to network with other women and will receive 30 minutes of business development training and 45 minutes of fitness training each week during group sessions. To stay motivated during the week participants will receive daily email motivators, audio tips, and exercise videos.
"Busy businesswomen are multi-taskers and need innovative, effective ways to accomplish their tasks, get information, network, and take care of their health. The Body & Business Fitness Camp is designed to create a different kind of business and fitness experience. That's what Sipping Tea and Doing Business is all about --- offering women different, effective ways to do business", says Glover.
The first camp will be held in Clayton County, at a centralized location to businesswomen in the Clayton, Dekalb, Fulton, Fayette, and Henry county area. The cost is $149.95 and partial proceeds will benefit a local non-profit organization.
Women interested in the boot camp can visit www.sippingteabusinessnetwork.com, learn more about the camp and meet their fitness trainer or they can call 770-210-0726 for additional information.
