How is this possible? Because the UNvelope is not an envelope. or a letter. It is BOTH combined into a single direct mail piece. Each UNvelope is printed flat and THEN converted into an envelope. The key is the conversion process. When property designed and printed, a single sheet of paper (either 8-1/12"x11 or 8-1/2"x14") can be printed and personalized in a one step, and converted into the multi-task envelope in the final process.
