Incas, signed an agreement for the installation of the NewHotel hospitality
management software, to ensure the highest standard of quality in attention and

Among the modules installed are NewHotel for Front-Office, SPA and Wellness,
Communications and Guest Services, POS, F&B Management, Customer Relationship
Management and online reservations.

NewHotel Software is a hospitality-specialized business that today equips some of
the largest resorts of international groups, with salient presence in Spanish chain
in the Latin-American market.


Hotel chain has 7 projects in the following years, the first will have the largest
Spa in Peru


The five-star hotel spa in the sacred valley will have 115 rooms including 15
luxurious suites. It will include the first world-quality destination spa in Peru,
with an area of over 2,500 square meters, including seven treatment rooms, three
hydrotherapy pools, Vichy shower, oxygenation room, hyperbaric chamber and ambiances
for fitness, yoga and ayurveda treatments. The hotel will also include two
restaurants, bar, sushi bar, art gallery, library and movie room. All these spaces
are distributed around the inner lakes.

Further, the hotel chain will open a five-star Boutique Hotel in a colonial casona
in the City of Cusco next year, a Spa Resort in the Paracas Bay in 2010 as well as
projects in Arequipa, the Colca Valley, Puno and Mancora.
