provides a wiki-like collaboration tool to help staff work together. \"We added a new
feature for attaching and editing notes to a series of desktops or standard
retrievals,\" he said. \"This makes it much easier for teams to communicate and work
together to solve problems.\"

Shetler also noted that the new version adds support for MySQL. \"MySQL is an
OpenSource database that provides great performance at no cost,\" he said. \"Some
customers like \'Free\'.\"
