Press Release Summary: United Kingdom 18th June 2008 - billing software and service provider Tempest Technology, today announced the successful release of its Clarity B&CC (Billing & Customer Care) system.
Press Release Body: Clarity replaces the hugely successful Cyclone B&CC product which has been the bedrock of Tempest's managed billing service for over four years. It offers enhanced functionality and a more intuitive user experience, utilising the latest programming techniques and industry standard Microsoft development tools.
In development for over twelve months, Clarity is the result of extensive customer research, thousands of hours of coding and testing time and the dedication and commitment of Tempest staff. This combination has delivered an application with a modern look and feel that users of other professional business applications will be immediately comfortable with.
Tempest Director, Tim Sayer, said "everything that Tempest does is about providing the best possible solution for our customers and we are uniquely positioned to provide both a BSi accredited billing service and state of the art software applications. Clarity incorporates a raft of enhancements to the usability and visual appeal as well as new features. We are committed to keeping our customers ahead of the competition."
Each Tempest customer will receive the upgrade free of charge and will continue to have a stake in future developments to the product.
"We actively encourage our customers to suggest enhancements and new features for all of our products and more often than not these are accommodated at zero cost", continued Tim.
Clarity demonstrates Tempest's continued investment in research and development and follows last years release of the eNable online billing system and the more recent re-release of the Zephyr Order Management and Provisioning engine.
