Magma and Zyvex Instruments Enter OEM Partnership to Provide Faster, More Accurate Failure Analysis for Sub-100nm ICs Zyvex to package Magma`s Knights Camelot software with its NanoWorks product line

Under the terms of the agreement, Zyvex will include Magma's Knights CamelotT CAD navigation software as a standard option to its flagship nanoprobing system, the nProberT. Zyvex selected Camelot as its CAD navigation tool of choice because of its robust, feature-rich functionality and dominant market presence.

Camelot works seamlessly with Zyvex's tool, creating layout views from GDSII or Oasis files, overlaying images on layouts and driving the tool to very accurate X, Y coordinates for device probing and debug. This joint Magma and Zyvex solution allows semiconductor lab and fab analysis teams to more quickly and easily locate potential defects and make corrections faster.
