Previously, Blaine served as general manager of ServiceMark, a division of UGI Corp., one of the largest residential and commercial contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. As general manager, he led four divisions in two states with more than 80,000 HVAC and plumbing customers and several hundred employees.
Before ServiceMark, Fox was responsible for wholesale distribution in four states as HVAC product manager at Weinstein Supply Corp. Most recently, Fox was executive vice president of John B. Henry, a full-service project management and consulting firm that provides "green" building design and mechanical contracting.
As a member of the Warm Thoughts team, Fox's in-depth HVAC experience will provide new opportunities for HVAC companies to improve their business functions. This includes marketing capabilities, internal operations, strategic planning, business development and department profitability.
