Together, the two companies will enhance our offerings around customer needs for technology that is rich in functionality, robust, efficient, and high in throughput.

In the combined company, Roger Katarey will continue as President. Rowie Walker will join Britec as the Vice President - Toronto District. Samantha Walker will join Britec as Manager – Programming & Development. Britec will now operate with 4 regional offices: Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Toronto.
